Mock Interviews
On average, a healthcare practice will request one interview for every six CVs/resumes it receives. It is a competitive market because you are not only competing with other PAs, but other advance practice providers as well. So, once you secure that first interview, how can you ensure that you are one step closer to getting an official offer? Practice, practice, practice. Mock interviews permit you to obtain critical feedback that will help you improve, be more prepared, and feel more confident for real interviews. At the CAPACareers Expo, there will be opportunities for mock interview sessions with experienced PAs, some of whom are involved in the hiring for their own practice settings. Register today to reserve your interview session!

Exhibits and Sponsorships

California PA schools graduate approximately 1,400 new PAs and accepts another 1,600 students each year. Among practicing PAs, about 7% change specialties in any given year.
