Mastering Musculoskeletal Injections
Orthopedic pain due to acute injury or overuse are very common. Treatment of these injuries if delayed can lead to ongoing pain, poor quality of life and worse outcomes for the patient. PAs in multiple specialties benefit when they have confidence in managing common orthopedic injuries. This workshop is intended to provide a review of common arthrocentesis approaches as well as hands-on training on these techniques.

- To recognized when musculoskeletal injections may be beneficial.
- To become more confident performing musculoskeletal injections.

- Non-orthopedic specialty PAs will be more confident in managing common orthopedic injuries and ailments.
