Beyond the Clinic: Medical Liaison Roles for PAs
The first webinar in the series, Beyond the Clinic: Medical Liaison Roles for PAs, explores the role of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and how PAs can transition into this field. Join Michelle Lim, an experienced PA with deep knowledge of the Medical Science Liaison landscape, as she provides an in-depth overview of this career path.
In this session, Michelle will briefly review the different roles within the pharmaceutical and device industry that exist. She will discuss the core responsibilities of an MSL, including scientific education, relationship-building with healthcare professionals, and collaboration with cross-functional industry teams. Attendees will gain insight into how PAs leverage their clinical training in non-clinical, strategic roles, the skills required to succeed in medical affairs, and what a typical career trajectory in this space can look like.
