2005 Schedule/CME Handouts

To ensure timeliness, syllabus materials for CME sessions, with the exception of workshops and adjunct symposia, will only be available from the CAPA Annual Conference Web page. If you wish to have free printed copies of the materials, it is your responsibility to print them before reaching Palm Springs, whether you preregister or register on-site. Plan your schedule early to allow plenty of time to print out the syllabus submissions for those sessions you will attend. Syllabus materials are posted immediately upon receipt from the faculty and will remain on the Annual Conference Web page for one year. Syllabus materials for the workshops and adjunct symposia are distributed to registrants during the workshops/symposia.
