CAPA represents all Physician Associates (PAs) in California and directly serves approximately 3,500 with career support services. We have an Employment Opportunities Job Board that presents available PA positions to the 20,000 PAs throughout California.

Pricing

For $180, each job opportunity is posted on CAPA’s Job Board for 30 days and may also be featured in CAPA Quarterly, CAPA’s quarterly print publication, depending on publication timing. CAPA’s career resources reach thousands of Physician Associates, PA students, and healthcare professionals across California.

During the submission process, employers also have the option to upgrade their listing to a Featured Job for an additional $100. Featured Jobs are pinned to the top of the CAPA Job Board and receive additional promotion through CAPA’s monthly e-newsletter and weekly spotlights across CAPA’s social media channels for the duration of the listing period, helping increase visibility and reach among California PAs actively seeking new opportunities.

CAPA also offers an unlimited posting option for $1,250 annually. This subscription includes unlimited standard 30-day job postings throughout the year, making it a cost-effective option for hospitals, medical groups, staffing agencies, and healthcare systems with ongoing hiring needs. Featured Job upgrades may still be added separately for additional promotion and visibility.
