This year at the CAPA Conference we will hold a singing competition to see which PA can make it to the top and become the next American PA Idol!!

There are a lot of very talented PAs out there and the CAPA Conference in Palm Springs is the place to come and show your stuff. We always like to see our PA colleagues shine. (Or, at least have a really good time trying.)

This year’s American PA Idol Competition will be held entirely at the CAPA Dance on Friday night, October 3, 2008. At 10:15 p.m. our American PA Idol competition begins. The PArty continues as PAs compete and the audience votes to name the next American PA Idol.

Don’t miss this opportunity to perform in front of hundreds of PAs. We will have fun and who knows, a star may be born. No matter what, we will have a great time.

We will have karaoke equipment and tons of songs from which to choose. Don’t let a less than perfect voice stop you. Having fun on stage and being able to entertain the crowd could matter a great deal. We will select a well-rounded group of musical styles as well as a range of excellent voices down to those who just want to have some fun with the crowd.
