Learning Objective: This three hour lecture offers a clinical approach to the evaluation of a chest and abdominal radiograph.  Emphasis will be placed on clinical applications of those patients presenting with chest and abdominal symptoms.  There will be a systematic approach to the review of a CSR, as well as techniques to identify those lesions on a radiograph that are either too white or too black.
