We so appreciate your support and we hope that you won’t hesitate to call or email if we can be of any help.Callers tell us over and over again that they wish they had called CAPA first. If we don’t have the answer to your question, we will do our best to find it for you. Coryn, Kim and Emily provide excellent member service. Our goal is to make each member contact with CAPA one that illustrates our gratitude for your support and our commitment to making PA practice better in California. There are also many wonderful resources in the Member’s Only section of the website. If you are not finding what you need on the website, please let us know.I have been with CAPA 20+ years and know many of you and look forward to getting to know our newer members as well. A few years ago I was awarded CAPA’s President’s Leadership Award by then President, Cyndy Flores. When I accepted the award I told the audience that my work with CAPA is “a labor of love” and it truly is. You don’t stay somewhere 20+ years and still enjoy coming to work everyday (well, almost every day) unless you are surrounded by supportive, energetic people. The PAs who volunteer on the CAPA board and on the CAPA committees are empowering and dedicated to CAPA’s mission. The CAPA members who call the office and attend the conferences make my job fun and fulfilling. You are a great group to serve!Team CAPA is the Board of Directors, the committees, the CAPA staff and, of course, you the member. I am so pleased to be part a winning team that is committed to service and excellence!!
