There will be a $50 service charge on refunds made prior to September 7, 2008; a $100 charge for refunds made from September 8, 2008 through October 1, 2008; no refunds will be made after October 2, 2008.
Accreditation
This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 19 hours of AAPA Category I CME credit from the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined. Physician assistants should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity. These totals include optional workshops. This program was planned in accordance with the AAPA’s CME Standards for Lecture-Learner Programs and for Commercial Support of Lecture-Learn Programs.
