If you wish to have free printed copies of the materials, it is your responsibility to print them before reaching Palm Springs, whether you preregister or register on-site. Plan your schedule early to allow plenty of time to print out the syllabus submissions for those sessions you will attend. Syllabus materials are posted immediately upon receipt from the faculty and will remain on the Annual Conference Web page for one year.
